Impossible de rajouter des produits

Bonjour, j'ai un soucis sur mon shop, je ne sais plus ajouter d'articles depuis deux jours.

Quand je clique sur nouveau produit sur la page produits du catalogues, je reviens systématiquement sur le tableau de bord.

Tous mes modules sont à jours.

Quel est l'hébergeur ? Si Ionos, allez dans votre interface clients vérifier si vous n'avez pas atteint le quota de fichiers ... Ne pas confondre avec l'occupation du disque. On peut avoir un disque rempli à 10% mais être à 100% du quota de fichiers... C'est ça Ionos ...

Je viens de vérifié ce n'est pas le quota de fichiers car je suis à 108 823 / 262 144 utilisé(s).

ok alors activez le mode debug pour voir s'il y a une erreur. A ce sujet, quelle version de Prestashop et de PHP ?

Si 1.6, pour activer le mode debug, il faut aller dans le ftp dossier config/defines.inc.php

Si 1.7 le mode debug peut être activé via le BO, onglet Performances
