Payment option not appearing during checkout process

I bought a licence with the CCAvenue and registered with them. After that i downloaded the CCAvenue Addon from their site. And then imported the module in Prestashop 1.7.6.4 . Then configured it with the necessary values.

However, it doesn't appear in the Payment -> Payment methods page.

But it appears in the Payment -> Payment Preferences in all the sections in the page.

Also, it doesn't appear in the Front Office or Customer Portal at the time of checkout and payment. What am i missing in the module configuration or enabling part ? Any other step that i missed ?

I have raised the defect with the module provider : CCAvenue. There was a problem during installation and configuration itself. Most probably that is the root-cause for all the problems.

Probably. If you disable this module, the other payment methods appear?

the other payment methods are appearing. i want this CCAvenue to appear as teh payment option. This is a paid service for debit card, creait card payment transactions on the store.
