[Plain Me]

So I have two problems that I would like support with, plese remember that I am Not a CODER and any suggestions must be simple to implement through the dashboard. I am using PS 1v 6

• With the influx of customers I need to auto generate a mail to my sales team everytime an order is generated, with the content of the order
   
• I would like to upgrade to the latest version of PS but suspicious of the 1 click upgrade in version 1v6? If anything goes wrong I don't have the knowledge to correct it

Hi, 

1.- You have a module called "Mail Alerts" or ps_mailalerts or something like that, it send an email everytime a new order is made.

2.- You can try but ALWAYS make a full backup of the files and the database first. Sometimes it works but sometimes not. And sometimes you can autorestore but sometimes fails

If you are not 100% sure contact with an expert to do this.
