[SOLVED] PS 1.7 -Create multi tab Helpers Form

I need an example of how to create tab 1 and tab 2.
In tab 1 there will be settings for Helper Form 1 and in tab 2 there will be settings for Helper Form 2.

I'm really new to programming and I'm stuck in creating my configuration page for my backoffice, just for filling a helper options dropdown and getting the selected value.
