Lacomblez Posted April 28, 2020 Share Posted April 28, 2020 Bonjour, Je n'arrive pas a faire en sorte qu'une commande passé me soit directement notifié par mail. En effet j'ai monté le module Alertes par e-mail v2.1.1 - par PrestaShop mais rien ne fonctionne !! en effet lors d'une nouvelle commande celle-ci n'est pas notifié ni au contact du site ni au client. Pourtant le mail de contact a bien été réglé dans le module. Merci de vos retour sur le sujet. Pour info, l’hébergement est OVH et les mails "normaux" fonctionnent correctement Merci de votre aide.
