Login page do not load (front office) "site"is currently unable to handle this request

Hello,

I am using Prestashop version 1.6.1.9 and customers report that cannot log into their accounts.

When someone hit the Log In button - it shows error "This page isn't working"

I red about changing permissions of folders which is not an option. 

Here is the error message i've got:
