Sascha Posted April 15, 2020 Share Posted April 15, 2020 (edited) I've got a strange problem with some products in PS 1.7.6.4: It seems like the stock available value is not properly updated in front office and product settings, while the amounts in Catalog -> Stocks are correct. You can see the behavior here: Catalog -> Stocks: Available 0 (Correct) Catalog -> Products: Quantity 0 (Correct) Catalog -> Products -> Edit Product: Quantity 6 (Incorrect) Changing the value here is not possible, after saving the former value returns. Front Office: Quantity available 6 (Incorrect) Clearing all Caches did not solve the issue. Are there any ideas how to deal with this? Thanks in advance!
