Rhobur Posted April 4, 2020 Share Posted April 4, 2020 Check your Advanced Parameters->Information tab, you'll see there what directories are in need of fixing. There could be a problem of ownership or the permissions or both. All the directories and files in Prestashop root should be owned by the Apache/Nginx user and have 0755 for directories and 0644 for files.
