seventhree
hi, same error. just worked one time. for me there is a difference between the api key created in prestashop and the api key stored in printful...
Gemma.galvez
Hi! 401 is usually related to Prestashop's end. Go to your Advanced parameters -> Web Service and activate the CGI mode for PHP, then reconnect. If this doesn't work I'd suggest you to get in touch with Prestashop's support team! Guy
http://guybonin.net fix my issue between printful and prestashop. go into advance settings > webservice you will see your API key and make sure CGI is enabled then click save. Mine worked after I saved it. Edited July 24, 2020 by Guy Word miss spelling (see edit history)

Don't you get 3-12 months of support after buying the module?
SmartDataSoft
@Pierced_viking Is this custom developed module or paid module. You can contact the developer of the module. If the support is expired you can extended the support pack and report them the issue. With the developer you can solve the issue fast Thank you
