Back office access denied

Hello.
I have some problems with the access into the Backoffice. It doesn't recognize both my email address and the password and if I click on Forget your Password to set a new one, I don't receive any email to do that (the email address is correct and there is no mail from Prestashop in the junk/spam).

PS VERSION: 1.6.1.5

Can you please help me finding a solution?
