I forgot the password and i don't receive any email for reset

Hello, i am the only user of the platform and i made some cleaning on the laptop, including i have to enter the passwords, and i realize i don't remember the one for prestashop. The problem is that it is not sending me any email to reset it, and it is also the time frame of 6h waiting. It is a problem because i need to manage the new orders. How can i acces the platform otherways? Kind Regards Liliana

Buna Liliana,

Orice dezvoltator te poate ajuta sa te loghezi in backoffice fara parola si apoi sa o schimbi, atat timp cat ai acces la FTP/cPanel/Plesk. Este un fisier care trebuie modificat temporar pentru a permite logarea cu orice parola.

Multumesc, am rezolvat, doar credeam ca pot si ca user, simplu, asa cum se intampla pe orice fel de aplicatie 😞

In mod normal se poate, dar daca exista o problema la trimiterea mailurilor nu se poate verifica identitatea, prin urmare parola nu poate fi resetata :(
