superskyman100 Posted February 11, 2020 Share Posted February 11, 2020 Hello, I'm on PS 1.7.6 1- I have to translate emails from the modules PS_reminder and/or Followup. These two modules are concomitant : which one is the 'good' one ?.... 2- I can modify the 'Followup' emails throughout the Translation module, but PS_reminder is like frozen, i can do nothing : should i translate the PS_reminder throughout another way, anyway, cause it's the module that is affected ? It seems the two modules are installed on my FTP, but i can see only one on my BO (namely ''Customer follow up v2.0.0) This looks messy, it seems that the stuff is doubled, i don't know what to do to fix that. Kriter.io Posted April 4, 2020 Share Posted April 4, 2020 I have copied needed translations from FOLLOWUP mails and pasted the folder (in my case was italian so the folder was IT) inside the MAILS folder of PS_Reminder and it worked even if via backend it is not editable...so when i need to edit it i do it via FTP.
