Translations menu options are a on top of the other

Hello good afternoon  

  I am configuring my store locally in version 1.7.5.1 (It is the version I need for compatibility with a third program), the fact is that when I try to configure from the International option >> Translations >> Modify translations, the menu options are a On top of the other, this causes me to not select any, nor configure what I need there. If anyone can help me I will be grateful. Thanks in advance.    

 

 I have tried to solve it with the resolution, but I have not been able to solve it, I have also tried it from different browsers and the error persists, deleting cookies, history, cache.
