AUGUSTINE JENIN Posted January 29, 2020 Share Posted January 29, 2020 I am using prestashop version 1.6.1.6 and the paypal v3.10.10 . Customer reported an issue they got an error on payapl transaction if the transaction is successfull also. This is the customer says “error check the 3rd api of paypal, it is not working”. First I advise you to update the module to the latest version 3.14.1 Then you may try to do next: https://prnt.sc/qvjk3p If you cannot configure your api, then you should contact the paypal support directly and ask what can be the origin of the problem.
