Shioping price depending on province and weight

Good afternoon,

I was looking to see if there was a module that calculated shipment price by provinces and weight.

I explain:

For example, a 10kg shipment to Albacete( Spain province )  would have a different cost than a 20Kg shipment to the same province. In total there would be three weight ranges and prices per province

The 'Ship in 3D' -shipping module lets you configure allowed destination countries and states (and even postal codes among many more additional shipping configuration settings not available otherwise). It also lets you configure tiered pricing by weight ranges.

Please see the attached screenshots. They present an example of a shipping method that is available only when the destination is Albacete (State Id 327) in Spain (ISO country code ES). The shipping method has three price/weight ranges: 1€ below 10 kg, 2€ below 20 kg and 3€ below 50 kg.

This example shipping method could include additional states or similar shipping method could be configured for each different state. The number of price/weight ranges is unlimited.
