Specific prices

We need to add the Specific prices  of product for multiple countries. Like country A, B and C will have $100 for one product and for country D and E will have $110 of same product.

Currently I am able to save the price of product for each country separately.

Please suggest.

And which is the problem, that you don't want to set up a rule for each country but group them?

It's time consuming to add price for each country.  if we want to add $10 price for 15 or more country it's taking to much time. But if we grouped them then we add price for all group countries in one time.

Why you don't use the mass adding option via csv import ? The import function via csv is more comfortable for mass edit or mass add.

You can add via native import on back-office, tab "advanced parameters -> import" or you can use other addons with better mapping like the Presta Store Manager (linked in my signature 14-days free use). Also other paid addons you will find on addons site

We need a manually option to add product specific price for group of country.

All are manual. Add price by price on back-office, or add it manually via csv import. Automatic is via webservice (sync one database with other).

I need to change the single country selection to multiple. Is it feasible?  by editing or adding some code.

No. You need to edit one by one. Or you do it via csv. For this you need to know the Product ID. Products you can export form dashboard site "products".
