Prestashop 1.7.6.1 - Problem send emails configuration

I have problems configuring the sending of emails either via PHP Mail or SMTP.

I tested the SMTP submission through the https://www.smtper.net/ Site and I can send it. Putting the same settings in prestashop the error occurs:

Error: Please check your configuration.

Code 250 but got code "501", with message "501 5.7.1 ... Permission denied"

Testing by PHP Mail gives error:

Error: Please check your configuration.

Can anyone help me?

Check that your server does not makes use of Fail2ban, and if so, check that your server ip has not been banned

I had the problem with smtp mail settings, didn´t get ant test mail.

The solution was... to have the same email domane as the site!

Modules / ps_emailalerts / Configure

Same domain at the email as the site.
