mouwaffek Posted January 15, 2020 Share Posted January 15, 2020 Good morning Prestashop community, Today when i opened the link of my store i've found a 500 server error and when i checked the cpanel, i see that everything is working good. so i deleted some .htaccess from some directories and they worked but i can't get access to my backend office or even to see my prestashop website. Here is a screenshot from what i see, and i think maybe it's an error from prestashop version so help me please and tell me if you get this error before. selectshop.at Posted January 15, 2020 Share Posted January 15, 2020 1) Read server error logs. 500 are errors from the server. On your FTP you will find a folder for these logs. If not ask for support of your webspace provider. 2) Activate debug mode via FTP and check possible errors written on the head of front-office/back-office of your site.
