Admin Cart Rule - cant apply discount to specific product

Hi everybody,

When I try to create new cart rule everything works fine except Apply discount to Specific product. The search box doesnt work and it throws JS error (btw box for free gift with the same funcionality works). Does anyone has the idea how to fix it?
