Schnellzugriff Leiste wird mitten auf der Seite dargestellt

Hallo zusammen, 

ich habe seit gestern meinen alten 1.6 Shop auf 1.7.6.2 upgedatet.. Mit der Hilfe des Migrationstools Pro .. 

Jetzt habe ich im Backend das Phänomen das die Schnellstartleiste mitten auf der Seite angezeigt wird und nicht wie gewohnt im Header. 

Siehe Bild. 

Wie bekomme ich diese Leiste wieder in den Header?

Du kannst die Positionen überprüfen oder per Browser-Untersuchen-Funktion die CSS-Anweisungen.
