Shop Version 1.7.6.1 Update auf 1.7.6.2 lief schief

[Lexxafashion]

Hallo,

nach dem Update wird die Seite nicht korrekt angezeigt.

Ein Backup wurde vorher erstellt. Wollte dann nochmal das Update einspielen, kam eine Fehlermeldung und die Seite ist seit dem nicht mehr erreichbar.

 

Hier mal ein Auszug:

Laut deinem Log gab es Zugriffsprobleme, da solltest du die Schreibrechte kontrollieren (was ist google_sitemap.xml.gz im Hauptverzeichnis?)

Zum aktuellen Problem: Da scheint etwas im Modul gamification (Handelserfolg) nicht zu stimmen. Dieses würde ich auf dem FTP im Modulordner umbennen um es zu deaktiveren. Das Modul ist generel unnütz und für Performance- und andere Probleme bekannt.

Es sollte komplett gelöscht werden, da es auch bei Deaktivierung weiter im Hintergrund arbeitet.

Huhu, danke für den Tipp mit dem Handelserfolg zu löschen. Habe ich auch sofort gelöscht. Das Problem konnte ich auch schnell lösen, es waren sie Zugriffsrechte des Hauptzugriffsverzeichnis (Stand auf 705 geändet in 755) gestellt und schwubs lief die Homepage wieder.
