How can I remove the grayness on the hover effect on my products?

This is an example showing how the image turns gray when I hover over it.

I'd love to change this and remove it. I've tried countless hours looking in the forums, using developer tools,etc... and no luck. 

This is my last resort. Does soemone how the change to this? Please help

You just have to look for this in your theme module and change the value or comment the line...

Ok, it seems I need to work on my skills using Developer tools, I had a hard time getting your same results, but I finally got it. I changed the opacity to 1.0 and it worked.
