How to add bootstrap link in Header

Hello Guys,

I would like to add bootstrap link to the header section of my theme.

<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.4.1/css/bootstrap.min.css"> 

<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.4.1/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>

I tried to modify page.tpl but I did not find any result.

I am using Prestashop 1.7 with classic Theme.

Which file do I need to modify to add the above lines in the header section.

In \themes\classic\templates\_partials\head.tpl - don't forget to clear cache/recomplie template files
