Back Office Login eror

Afternoon all,

After having issues with my hosts i got sites back up and running. but now i can get the prestashop running, but when i type my details into the back office login, its say it cannot handle this and creates an error.

This page isn’t working

www.soilsearcher.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

but everything else is working. 

 Any help would be gracefully accepted with this matter

After pulling my hair out, i decided to try a new install in a fresh directory, installtion success but wen you try and open the shop front i get te same error as above, could my host have changed any settings that affect prestashop?

You must enter your cpanel and check the PHP version that is configure there, i suppose you installed PS 1.7.6.2, so you should have PHP 7.2 defined in your server.
