Override _customized_data.tpl in admin

Hello,

I am overriding prestashop files to allow users to upload PDF on custom fields (instead of only images).

I could achieve it on the front end part (overriding Cart.php, Product.php, ProductController.php etc.) but I am stuck trying to override the admin view to allow us to see the pdf file with a link.

For this I need to overrie _customized_data.tpl. I added this file in the following folder :
override/controllers/admin/templates/controllers/orders

The override doesn't seem to work as I can't see my modification.

Does any body have any idea?
