Cancelling an order...invoice and delivery slips still there

I am on Prestashop 1.7.6

I just cancelled an order and find out the order still has an invoice and a delivery slip! 

If the status is cancelled why on earth would someone need an invoice! and if the invoice is there it should at least say CANCELLED on it.

Also:

    When I cancel the order:

   1. What happens to the stock ? does it adjust itself ?

   2. What happens to the total sale ? does it deduct the cancel order ?

   3. What happens to the invoice bulk generation PDF does it still prints it ?

If the customer paid, it's normal there is an invoice.

After cancelled the order, you probably refunded the customer, right? So there is a "Credit Slips"

In my case I have cash on Delivery.

Therefore client did not pay yet.

Therefore Cancelled the order should not appear in all my invoices.

I guess I will just delete the order.
