kerlin Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 Bonjour, Ce serait bien de préciser la version de Prestashop ... A tout hasard, via le FTP, allez dans le répertoire Modules (à la racine, pas dans Thèmes) et renommez le dossier du module que vous avez ajouté en mettant un _ au début du nom (ex _colissimo). Cela désactivera le module. Testez pour voir si cela change quelque chose. Les deux dossiers dev et prod dans cache doivent être supprimés. On avait tout essayé : suppression manuelle de modules, suppression du cache etc ... (prestashop 1.7.3.3) A priori c'est un bug prestashop - problème de cache symfony qui est instable. Prestashop nous a dit de faire une restauration puis une maj de prestashop. Pour l'instant on a restauré mais pas encore eu le temps de s’attaquer à la maj... N'y a t-il pas de description de l'erreur plus précise avant la ligne 1e ligne que vous copiez "in PhpDumper.php line 1403" ? Pouvez-vous faire une capture ?
