Hola Teia, ¿si escoges el otro método de envío también te pasa?

Tiene pinta así a priori de ser fallo en el módulo de Eco-solucions. Activa el modo debug a ver si nos dice algo más al llegar aquí.

Nos cuentas cuando lo pruebes.

Ve al panel de administración de tu tienda, selecciona modo depuración si, te pego un pantallazo.
