NationalGardens Posted October 30, 2019 Share Posted October 30, 2019 Hello all, We are new to Prestashop and recently installed EBS payment gateway to our Prestashop store. Using: Prestashop 1.7.6.1 and EBS EBS_prestashop_1.7.x module by EBS. After successful payment in the gateway (money deducted) page is not redirected to Order confirmation page. It is redirecting to home page or giving error as "Your cart expired!". And no email is sent to the customer nor order is seen in the back office. When we tested with the COD, it is working fine with successful message and order reference and email is sent to the customer. Please help.
