ratingCount or reviewCount and ratingValue in PrestaShop 1.7

I have a notification from Google Search Console that there are errors and missing  "ratingCount" or "reviewCount" and "ratingValue"

I checked and the case concerns the "productcomments" module. On the right side, rated products are displayed.
Unrated products display incorrectly.

How to change that? In which file should I start working? ↓
