Non riesco ad entrare nel backoffice, in quanto mi dice che la password non è giusta, ma quando vado per richiedere una nuova password, mi dice che la mail che inserisco, per ricevere il link per ripristino, non è riconosciuta.

Qualcuno riesce ad aiutarmi?

you should replace your encrypted password from the employee table (using phpmyadmin) with another one, md5 encoded, made of your password+cookie_key string form app/config/parameters.php.
