benwiggy Posted September 23, 2019 Share Posted September 23, 2019 (edited) Like many others, I'm getting a 500 server error when installing Prestashop. I'm using English language. It happens at Install Addons every time. It's about 140 seconds in, so not convinced that's a server time-out. I've tried setting the Execute flag on index.php and /install/index.php, to no avail. benwiggy Posted September 29, 2019 Author Share Posted September 29, 2019 My Web host has actually confirmed that their server is timing out during the installation process, but they are unprepared or unable to do anything about it.
