Need Help/Suggestions for developing ordering mechanism

Hello, i wanted to ask how i can implement the following scenario,

i wanted to use prestashop for my company's internal orders, as prestashop works, we add items to cart, then proceed it takes us to the sign in or customer information form page

what i need is when we click checkout from the cart it should take me to a page that have a form with ManagerID, name, officeCIty etc after when user click submit button a mail should get sent to me and user with the form details and what was added to cart

i am not able to understand how i can get information about products that has been added to cart so i can redirect to my devloped form with the information of cart
