JS not loading properly on custom html page

Hi guys,

I am trying to create some custom php pages in a new folder in the root of my website. https://threadapixel.com/profession

I created the php and js etc and when I upload it to the server it all loads perfectly. However, when I add it to the folder above the url is https://threadapixel.com/profession/gardener it loads the css but I get js errors?

I wanted to create the pages this way as I understand how to do this and I am new to php.

What am I missing here?

Any help would be grateful.
