adding text on attributes selected

Hello,
how can I show the name of selected attribute?
The client selects RED as color attribute I need that this selection is highlighted with a text that appear after the click:
Click on color red > 
Color: red
The client selects M >
Size: m 

As happens in the cart summery. Do you know how? Is it possible? thanks

Here is a free module which can show selected color name out https://www.sunnytoo.com/51255/free-color-name-module-prestashop-1-7

You can customize it for a little to make it work for size attribute.
