I'm afraid I am illiterate when it comes to IT so can I do anything simply to speed it up again. It's not the router or wi-fi speed because this is only happening on my shop. tuk66 Posted September 18, 2019 Share Posted September 18, 2019 Also the front office is really sloooow. Firstly, you have PHP 5.3 on the server! It is perhaps very old hardware with slow hard disks. It took 11 seconds to respond with "302 Moved" for http://www.littlepants.co.uk and another 15 seconds to return http://www.littlepants.co.uk/index.php You should consult it with your server administrator. PrestaShop needs fast database (SSD) and you should use at least PHP 5.6 and HTTP/2 together with HTTPS. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
