Today when I tried to upload an file added to a post I got the message "Queuing" with a progress bar shown at 0%. This situation lasted at least ten minutes. Then I gave up and refreshed the page.
After the refresh there was no trace of the previous upload and this time the upload succeeded immediately. But then suddenly a file that I had previously deleted re-appeared in the post too.
It looks like the file handling is a bit unstable at the moment.
