Prestashop 1.6.1.18 PHP 7.1.11 Credo di trascinarmi dietro un problema causato in DB da qualche modulo, ma non riesco a venirne a capo: -La scheda "Informazioni" da Parametri Avanzati, non si apre. -L'installazione del modulo 1click upgrade sembra non giungere al termine, andando in timeout. 46racer46 Posted September 11, 2019 Author Share Posted September 11, 2019 Ciao Antonio, l'hosting so già che non è il più indicato, quindi già immaginerai: Aruba Il problema è che ha sempre funzionato senza particolari problemi (i pochi timeout ricevuti avvenivano solo nel caricare numerosi prodotti in cvs. Il numero totale dei prodotti è circa 6000 Ora mi restituisce un error log: Timeout waiting for output from CGI script /web/htdocs/www.newhotstyle.com/home/lighting/°°°°°°/index.php, referer: https://www.newhotstyle.com/lighting/°°°°°°/index.php?controller=AdminDashboard&token=c5ac035a781c2a26b369d55068b5e33a Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ho entrambi i problemi: Scheda "Informazioni" e 1Click Upgrade Fino al mese scorso funzionava regolarmente, tant'è che ho effettuato l'upgrade alla versione 1.7.6.4. Ho evidentemente fatto qualcosa che interrompe la comunicazione. Questo è l'errore che ricevo nel log Apache.
