problem with my site on digitalocean (No such file or directory) and mysql problem

I have a website on digitalocean. By mistake, digitalocean disabled my vps. They later turned it on again, but now I have a problem with the database and mysql. Mysql is not installed and the site writes an error:

Did you try a reboot first?

I should begin with the most simple thing: look for phpmyadmin. If it was there it should still be there. If it isn't it would be a point to ask DO about.
