urshula Posted September 5, 2019 Share Posted September 5, 2019 Hi Guys, I am really struggling with finding the answer to the issue I discovered. Basically when someone places an order and select tracking shipping and then I update the shipping in back office by adding its tracking number it automatically changes the shipping to 'standard'. In fact I can't even select tracking shipping as it's not there (it's set up in shipping methods though). Could anyone help me with that? Please see attached images.
