Quote for customized products

I need to create a catalogue that allow user to send a quote request for one or more products.
These products are customized but i can't use combinations (they're like 60000 per product).

I don't need to display price or quantity, I only need to get all customize details (size, color, print position, type of print, color of print...) for any product in the quote request and show them in back office (also a text field with all these parameter is ok) in order to create the quote and send it to the customer.
