Hello, today I have faced a new issue with my store, where I found out that on some of my products the prices has changed but also the quantity. I checked into my database and I found out that in the field price and uniti_qty the values are correct. I cleaned the cache but also upgraded my prestashop to the latest version but still I'm having the same issue. Does anyone has the same issue or knows how to fix this problem? Thank you

Hello, I have just joined this forum with the hope someone out there can help me resolve the following pricing issues I have: In the back office for example a products base price is set £125 excl tax and £150 incl 20% tax which correct and this shows in the shopping cart, I have noticed there is a major error: On the general product list in the back office it states £125 base price and £135 for the final price which is wrong and this final price (£135) is shown on the live product page in the front end. Does anyone know which files I need to fix/upload so I can fix these price display problems. My site thomasnayler.com is in maintenance mode so I will need your IP address before you can see the problems on the site. I have attached a screen shot to demonstrate the issue. Kind regards, Thomas

If the custumers is not log in to the shop everything with Layered navigation block is OK. Attachement - I use prices without tax (21%) in settings of module. Any solution? Thx a lot!

V1.6.0.14 Hi, Not getting the lowest price from multiple group specific prices. Eg. Have a customer that is a member of 2 custom discount groups. Each of the two groups has a Specific Price set on some products, therefore, some products have a Retail Price, Group Disc 1 Price, and a Group Disc 2 Price. All products actually have a Group Disc 1 specific price and only some have a Group Disc 2 specific price (Important). The price for Group Disc 2 is LESS than Group Disc 1 meaning that the Group Disc 2 discount % is larger. The Problem The customer's (only some customers) Default Group is Group Disc 1 but they are also a member of Group Disc 2. When they come to a product that has a Group Disc 2 specific price attached to it they are still charged the larger Group Disc 1 price so they do not get the full discount that they deserve. Now if you set the customer's Default Group to Group Disc 2 so that they can get the full Group Disc 2 discount, then they miss out on all of the Group Disc 1 discounts and are charged full retail on most of the products making things worse. In Short Customers do not get the lowest price available from all of the groups that they belong to. They can only get the discounts from their default group. The customer price should be selected as the lowest price from the groups they belong to no matter what the default group is. If I'm missing something and this can be done, please let me know as it is VERY important. Thanks

Hi I have upgraded to prestashop 1.6.0.8 and using the standard template (default-bootstrap). After upgrade products with variances do show the price 0,00 (zero), but when I add it to the basket, the correct prices is mentioned. Example: http://luftkompagniet.dk/webshop/ekstraudstyr/53-sommer-bruser.html here you can choose between: 9 L, 11 L or 19 L The price is 0,00 but when you add it into the basket, and go to the basket afterwards, the price is correct. In Prestashop for the product the unit price is shown as 179,-for 9L In combinations: the 9L is choosen as default the 11L has an impact on the price as 40 the 19L has an impact on price as 85,60 Can anybody help me, so the right prices is shown for each variance? Before the upgrade it was shown correct. Thanks Endurance

hi! I am quite puzzled to say the least. The dusplayed product price will not show right. the input data: 24 inch product, no color : $0.45 base price ok 35 inch product, no color : displays $0.57 instead of $0.55 in combinaison, it add up $0.10 when it goes from 24 inches long to 36 inches long. In cart: when it calculates, the sum is allright,I tried 55 units and the price adds up to $0.55 a piece, it evens out for volume prices as well. It seems only the price displayed is the error. I tried inputing other values like, 36 inc goes up $0.08, $0.09, $0.06, the all these price will show all right, but the $0.10 will not?!!! Here is a set of pictures. Any idea what is going on? site: piquets.ca Yours, Marc

Hello, Using PS 1.5.6.1 I've uploaded products with all the pricing details and %'s off prices. Everything works fine but when I go to add a combination for a particular product, and view the the product page the pricing is displaying incorrectly, I can not figure out where it's getting that price from. The discount percentage is right. The MSRP is right but the price is wrong. On the category page it shows the right pricing, on the viewed products it shows the right pricing. It shows the right pricing EVERYWHERE except the product page. For example one product is listed as $105.10 and the discount is 51% So the final price should be $51.50 but it's saying $78.83?? Anytime I add combinations to any product this happens on the product page. Seems like somewhere it's calculating 1/2 of the percentage, so in this case looks like it's calculating %25 instead of %51. Where could the problem be? the product page template? CSS? I've looked at both and can't seem to find anything wrong there. Quite baffled @ this point.. not sure where else to look. Any insights, help suggestions.. could it be a bug? has anybody else seen this? Thanks

Hello, I have problem in my Prestashop 1.4.4.1 with product's prices. The rounding is set to - classical No tax is using in the shop. I have product with the base price 19.50 € and there is 5% discounts for it. This product has 2 attributies, one with impact 0.00 € as an default one and the second one is -2.50 €. Now in product list, shopping cart and in a Back office the visible prices are 18.53 but in the product page 18.52 for the default parameter We have to use classical method of rounding prices so we can not change to another. What can I do to have the same prices?
