Hi. I'm new to PS. I installed v1.5.2 not long before v.1.5.3 was available and only recently got around to upgrading it using 1-click. It is a fresh install, ie no configurations done as yet. I notice that I have only 3 shipping modules. Saw an article where there were more. Notably, UPS and Fedex are not there. Where do I download these? UPDATE #1: --------------- I deleted and installed the latest version - v1.5.3.1. Same issue. When I search for 'Configuring the UPS Shipping Module in PrestaShop 1.5' on Google, I see an article by the same title which shows a screenshot of the Shipping & Logistics modules - why does my install not have that long list? UPDATE #2: --------------- I found that both UPS & Fedex modules were missing from the modules folder of v1.5.3. Found them in v1.5.01 and used those instead. Installed ok but are may not fully compatible. 1. the backend Modules list shows both installed. 2. I see various Fedex options in the Carrier page but UPS is missing from that. Does anyone know where the modules for UPS and Fedex (and is there one for DHL?) can be found for PS v1.5.3? Thanks

Hi everyone, I am using Prestashop 1.6 I am trying to configure the UPS shipper module I have installed my user name, password and access. I submit and it says 1) web service test connection: error 111100; the requested service is invalid from the selected origin 2) you must validate your rate service groups first. I have an account with ups with pre-defined rates for my products which they, once connect automatically update in the cart because I drop ship from all over. The access key that I have from ups is 16 characters the web service module say it needs to 32 characters. Any ideas or way around this? Will I run into the same issue with the fed ex module as well?

I have seen this issue posted in a number of topics - there is one here where the last person to post was having the exact same issue: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/148197-there-are-no-carriers-available-that-deliver-to-this-address/ The issue is that if someone has added items to their cart that are over 100lbs, UPS will not accept it because they require a freight charge to ship anything over 100lbs. Currently the temp fix is to change the calculations to calculate shipping by splitting items instead of in one box. This adds money to the shipping costs for the customer, which is not ideal when shipping charges are highly competative in a lot of markets. So the question is, how do we fix this? Solution #1: The logic (in my mind) would be to allow a table rate to split boxes. So basically if 0lbs - 75lb calculate in one box, if 76lbs - 100lbs calculate separately. Solution #2: change the choice of error!! I would be happy to change the error message to "Thank you for your interest. Your cart weight currently totals over 100lbs. Please call customer service to complete your order and save money on shipping." If someone out there familiar with this plugin could give me guidance on where to find this snippet of code that calls to the default carrier message, please post this way I can make a quick fix and then move on to a bigger, better, fix.

I have version 1.5.2 installed and I'm using U.S.P.S. and UPS modules on my site located in the US. When I add an item to my cart and then got to checkout, U.S.P.S. is showing up with the 3 selections I've kept and all have a price. However, the 3 I've kept from the UPS module just says "Free!" No matter what I seem to change, it always just says "Free!" UPS module is installed correctly (no errors or warnings), and all shipping types say "Available" though I'm only using 1 day, 2 day, and ground. Yet at checkout time... U.S.P.S. have a price and all UPS options say Free! Did I miss something here?

When I click to install the UPS module, Prestashop returns with the following error: The following module(s) were not installed properly: upscarrier Using Prestashop 1.4.6.2 I have re-uploaded the entire store and did a fresh install. Still same issue. Permissions in directories all look good. Any ideas?
