Hi, Anybody having same problem with me? I am trying to upload the eGHL payment module Plugin into my Prestahop 1.7.6.7. I have successfully installed but when making test payment failed and the error message as per below shown. Please help.

I have tried searching all the forums and couldn't find a solution so my apologies if this has already been resolved and I just haven't found it. I am starting a new store and have done a fresh install of prestashop 1.5.3.1 on a remote server. I navigated to the BO and created a new product. I then tried to upload a product image but it throwed an 'undefined' error. The image is well within the size and resolution boundaries. I did the same instalation of prestashop 1.5.3.1 on a local server. I navigated to the BO, created a new product and tried to upload the same image. This time it worked fine. So far all of this has been done using Firefox. I then navigated to the BO of my remote server using Internet Explorer. I tried uploading the same product image and it worked fine. So now I am really confused. The problem can't be with the image - it works fine on both local and remote servers The problem can't be with the remote server - it worked fine when using internet explorer The problem can't be with the browser - it worked fine on my local server using Firefox So what is happening here? I really want to be able to use Firefox for this. Any help you can give me would be really appreciated. EDIT: Tested all the other browsers and it only seems to work in IE for the remote server

In Short ! Was looking for a live chat , free addon. got a website with open source live chat system , downloaded it , uploaded to prestashop module section , at the moment i uploaded , my modules page started showing > internal server error 500 not only modules , even few more back end pages started to show the error... i knew it 100 % , the cause for this error was the software i uploaded . help me pals... how to get my site back ...? <3 !! also if possible , tell me how to fix this error without re-installing the whole package..

I have researched, and researched and I cannot seem to find a solution only more and more unanswered questions. I am trying to upload images and I keep getting undefined error. (product images) My host isn't helping...I can upload small files with no problem, but I need to upload 2.5mb files, and this is where it hangs up with this error. I know there are probably hundreds of topics devoting to this issue, but I am looking for answers. Please help if you can.

PS 1.5.2.0 localhost: all OK server Linux on Godaddy hosting: all OK, store OK, all working, can upload store logo images, but can't upload product images
