I have tried searching all the forums and couldn't find a solution so my apologies if this has already been resolved and I just haven't found it. I am starting a new store and have done a fresh install of prestashop 1.5.3.1 on a remote server. I navigated to the BO and created a new product. I then tried to upload a product image but it throwed an 'undefined' error. The image is well within the size and resolution boundaries. I did the same instalation of prestashop 1.5.3.1 on a local server. I navigated to the BO, created a new product and tried to upload the same image. This time it worked fine. So far all of this has been done using Firefox. I then navigated to the BO of my remote server using Internet Explorer. I tried uploading the same product image and it worked fine. So now I am really confused. The problem can't be with the image - it works fine on both local and remote servers The problem can't be with the remote server - it worked fine when using internet explorer The problem can't be with the browser - it worked fine on my local server using Firefox So what is happening here? I really want to be able to use Firefox for this. Any help you can give me would be really appreciated. EDIT: Tested all the other browsers and it only seems to work in IE for the remote server

It's been a week that i am having an error and trying to find solution online but did not find yet. The error is "Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefromjpeg() in /ImageManager.php on line 365" All admin panel is working fine but when i click the produtcs tab under catalog, i see this error (mentioned above). I am using prestashop version 1.5.4.1 My Cpanel configurations are; cPanel Version 11.40.1 (build 9) Theme x3 Apache version 2.2.26 PHP version 5.4.24 MySQL version 5.5.34-cll Architecture x86_64 Operating system linux Shared IP Address 67.222.153.142 Path to sendmail /usr/sbin/sendmail Path to Perl /usr/bin/perl Perl version 5.10.1 Kernel version 2.6.32-042stab083.2 cPanel Pro 1.0 (RC1) I found some suggestions that my GD library is not installed that could be installed from WHM -> Home -> Software -> EasyApache but i did not find easy apache in my cpanel. Also tried the modifications in some files people suggested in some forums like fileuploader.php, fileuploader.js, AdminImagesController.php but no success, so i restored the default files again. A file with error screenshot is attached. This all happened after i moved my website to new hosting, and hosting provider is not helping me in this case, he is saying it is your cart's issue. Sorry that i am not an expert and familiar with coding / php ... Please help me to resolved this issue. Really looking forward for expert's support. I would be really thankful to you. Hi , I have changed to PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0 recently, Im having the problem while uploading the image to new product. its giving me error sayiing "UNDEFINED" . can you please help to solve this. Thanks

I am trying to load products but I am encountering problems loading the images to the product. This is the error message I am getting undefined. I am wondering if anyone here knows how I can resolve this.

Hi, installed latest version of Prestashop today, for product images any file over 100kbs fails to upload with an undefined error? Any suggestions? checked the forums, seems to occur on older revisions? Upload's shop logo fine and bit like that. Thanks,

I've been having issues upgrading my Prestashop for the past month and I NEED to get my business going again. I'm very disappointed with the technical support right now. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, I was in contact with a Prestashop member to try and debug my errors. He told me that he would pass along my information to technical support and they would handle it. I've requested technical support through the website and emailed the Prestashop member a couple times but nothing. I really hope someone can help me on the forum. Ok, here's my current situation and timeline: Originally installed 1.4.4.1 Made some changes, including some custom changes to the core files decided to upgrade to 1.4.5.1 used to installatron from my host but it really messed things up so I installed a backup tried to use the autoupgrade but I got an error manually updated the files to 1.4.5.1 For the most part, everything updated fine with a few errors (couldn't create vouchers and a couple other things) fully customized my site with several edits to core files to achieve what I wanted without any problems Found a Forge entry that matched my voucher creation error and a PrestaShop member contacted me and examined my website Prestashop member informed me that the files were updated but the database was still 1.4.4.1 Since then, I've tried backing everything up and restoring an older version of 1.4.4.1 and then attempting the autoupgrade I've tried copying over the original 1.4.4.1 files over everything and tried using the autoupgrade with an undefined error I've tried installing the 0.22 autoupgrade module but it failed with an undefined error Basically, I'm out of ideas to fix my website and right now it's offline where I can't get any sales. I really need to get this website up and running with proper files and database. Ideally I would like to just update the database to 1.4.5.1 so that I can use my existing customized files without having to do dozens of hours of work again.
