Hola a todos: He clonado una instalación que ya tenía y la he movido de sitio. En un principio esta instalación estaba en dos idiomas español e inglés, a la copia le he borrado el español como idioma, desactivado el inglés y puesto portugués como idioma base. He restablecido el .htaccess, cambiado las friendly urls, probado las 3 opciones de redirigir a la url canónica, borrado caché desde el back office y también por ftp en /prod y /dev, etc. Pero no encuentro una solución. La página de inicio me devuelve el error de demasiadas redirecciones, el resto de las páginas puedo verlas metiendo las urls. No sé qué más hacer. ¿Alguien sabe qué puede estar pasando? Nach Aktivierung der englischen Sprache bekomme ich die Meldung von Chrome "Too many redirects" im Frontend. Wenn ich Englisch wieder deaktiviere, kommt die Meldung nicht mehr. Könnt ihr mir bitte helfen? Vielen Dank

Pues eso. 2 fallos: 1-Al acceder al Backoffice me da el error que veis en la imagen "Acceso denegado". Luego vas o los menús y funciona perfectamente. 2-La tienda no sale. Da un error de "Código de error: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" .(Ver imagen 2) El debug de errores está en TRUE y las URL's amigables activadas (he probado a desactivarlas y nada) Es Prestashop 1.5.6.2 la tienda está en http://tienda.decorakel.com/ Gracias a todos

Ok, here's the situation... I originally installed 1.5.4 back in August 2013, and went through this giant headache of it working perfectly locally and failing in the wild. I got the redirect loop thing. After quite a few frustrating hours I tracked down the glitches one by one. I remember that one of the problems was that my host had the memory_limit in the php.ini file set at something ridiculously low. And, if I remember correctly, that turned out to be the biggest problem. So, I recently decided to upgrade to 1.5.6, one click didn't work so I did it manually. Followed the procedure to the letter, even some of the "needless" ones, just in case. Things seemed to go smoothly enough, but i ended up with some ugly malfunctions. SSL doesn't work with the AJAX cart, Turn the AJAX off and the cart doesn't work at all. force SSL doesn't appear to work, products in the back office only returns a sql error. And these are just the ones that I have tracked down. So, I decided to to a fresh install. Everything went smoothly. Cloned the database from the live site. back office looks and functions perfectly. But the front office, well I'm getting a redirect loop. This install is in a sub-folder on my live server. The existing "upgraded" version of the site is running (more or less) from the root folder. So the problem is obviously not in the php.ini file. I am about 95% sure that I never changed anything or had any problems with the .htaccess file before, but could that be the problem this time? I'm kind of stumped, because there is no useable info in the error, or anything in the browser console. Or is there an error log that I am overlooking somewhere? I've been dredging the forums for a couple days now to no avail and any advice or clues at this point would be greatly appreciated...

Hi , Then i added products to manufacturers their page stop working . Everything works fine , but then i choose manufacturers in index module page dont open and showing too many redirects . Have a fix? Then i dont have any products added to manufactorers page works FIX: Preferences -> Products - Products per page cant be 0
