Hola, Buen día o buenas noches. Estoy empezando un proyecto y estaba pensando en usar prestashop para realizar una web del tipo Video on Demand, hace tiempo no usaba la plataforma. No pude encontrar nada, solo un modulo llamado PrestaVOD que ya no está disponible. ¿Hay algo parecido que siga disponible? ¿O ya es imposible hacer video on demand con Prestashop? Sí o sí, tienen que verse los videos online y solo por medio de una suscripción (mensual, bimensual, anual, etc.). Sería un curso, un pack, compuesto por varios videos. Si pudieran recomendarme algún modulo para prestashop que pueda hacer esto se los agradecería.

Buenos días a todos, les comento acerca de mi problema: Mi web es: movileuropa.com Dicho problema va sobre el carrito de mi tienda online, cuando agregas un producto se añade correctamente al carrito(se abre el modal para ver que es lo que has agregado y que es lo que se desea hacer a continuación), pues cuando entras al carrito aparecen los productos añadidos todo de manera correcta y sin fallos. Hasta ahí todo bien, el problema viene cuando decido aumentar la cantidad de3 los productos los cuales el precio no se actualiza, no cambia ni el resumen del carrito ni el producto en si; solo cambian cuando actualizo manualmente la página con "F5" o dándole a recargar. Muchos de vosotros estaréis pensando de que hay varias publicaciones en el foro sobre este tema y en efecto así es, pero he realizado todo lo que dicen en esas publicaciones y nada, me sigue dando el mismo problema. También he buscado información en diferentes foros y páginas pero nada, no consigo arreglar el fallo. He accedido al archivo de configuración del carrito y el código está escrito correctamente de tal manera que debería funcionar; he probado a desactivar módulos no nativos de Prestashop; he probado además a desactivar la caché, el carrito ajax y varias cosas más pero aún así sigue fallando. Después de varias semanas intentando solucionar algo he podido conseguir que me muestre el error en la consola del inspector de Google, y os muestro el siguiente error: Este error solo sale cada vez que se debería ejecutar la acción de "updateCart", de otra manera no aparece. Por lo que puedo llegar a entender es que no puede leer la función 'cart' o es que no está definida, pero no entiendo el porqué si el código está bien escrito y no se ha tocado nada. Seguramente me faltará algo o será una tontería que ahora mismo no consigo darme cuenta, me suele pasar jajaja. Espero haberme explicado correctamente y que me podáis entender bien. Si me he explicado mal o necesitáis saber algo acerca del código no dudéis en decírmelo para que os lo muestre. A ver si entre todos podemos llegar a una solución y ayudar tanto a mi como a varias personas que les salga el mismo problema. Muchas gracias y un cordial saludo Natalio

Hola, Tengo una tienda de servicios en la que ofrezco una serie de productos en los que se puede hacer un mínimo de 500 unidades, pero me encuentro con que igual un cliente quiere menos, por ejemplo 200 unidades. Si el precio del paquete de 500 unidades son 30€ por ejemplo, quiero aplicar un factor de multiplicación de 0,5 sobre esas 200€ que me han pedido, y que con ello se modifique el precio final por el nuevo cálculo realizado. ¿Puedo hacerlo en Prestashop desde el admin o tendría que ser con código? En cualquier caso, como ¿Seria? ¿Hay algún plugin que permita aplicar esa operación en el precio final si las unidades solicitadas son menos de ese mínimo? Hola a todos! No puedo encontrar en ningún lado como diferenciar mi dirección fiscal de mi almacén de envío. En el mail de "devoluciones" llega como dirección de envío de la prenda a devolver, la dirección fiscal. En mi caso, no sirvo los pedidos desde allí, sinó desde una tienda en otra localización, con lo que cuando un cliente solicita una devolución recibe un mail donde dice que debe enviar la prenda a mi dirección fiscal, y no debe ser así. Creéis que hay alguna manera de cambiarlo? Gracias.

Gente necesito por favor ayuda, cuando un cliente va a realizar una compra en mi tienda al seleccionar un articulo se le incorporan otros al carrito de compra que no selecciono. esto pasa desde hoy, no se cambio nada en la tienda. hoy me pasaba que ademas de ese error no aparecían las facturas (restablecí la base de datos y eso se arreglo) pero no puedo solucionar el problema con el carrito. vendo online y esto me esta matando. hasta ayer a la tarde estaba todo de 10. por lo general los productos que estan apareciendo en el carrito son productos que no estan en stock en la tienda Error Carrito 20200410_171256.mp4

Vengo con una duda sencilla: haciendo unos análisis y auditorías de mi tienda de tecnología en Prestashop, obtengo siempre la alerta para que actualice la versión de PHP a través de mi hosting. Buenas a todos! Tengo un problema que me está dando mucho dolor de cabeza. Mi web es elisabethcomplementos.com, me la hicieron por lo que no sé si la plantilla es responsive. Cuando creo diseños para la el banner de la home, tengo que hacerlo en formato móvil para que mis clientas puedan ver la información correctamente. En versión escritorio aparece pixelado y cortado. No se que hacer ya, mi versión es 1.6.1 y el modulo que tengo para insertar banner es Cs Layer Slider. La verdad que si es tema de programación, estoy perdida por completo. Esto me sale justo debajo, pero aun teniendo activado responsive, las fotos salen cortadas. ¿Me podéis echar una mano por favor? Muchas gracias a todos. Saludos!!!

Hola que tal estoy trabjando con la versión de prestashop 1.7.0.3. Tengo un problema y es que al agregar nuestras tiendas físicas (Shop parameters->Contact->Stores), estas aparecen ordenadas en la tienda según su ID, que lo crea prestashop automáticamente según vayas creando tiendas. La cuestión es que me gustaría poder cambiar ese orden a mi antojo. ¿Sabéis como puedo cambiarlo? Muchas gracias.

Buenas noches, Hace días que tengo un problema que no sé cómo solucionar y es importante. La cuestión es que cuando se añaden productos al carrito y se clica sobre el botón de checkout, aparentemente la URL a la que debería ir es www.midominio.com/es/carrito?action=show&checkout pero redirecciona a esta otra www.midominio.com/max_conn con un Error 404. Buen dia Compre un certificado SSL para mi tienda pero el candado no sale en todas las paginas solo sale en los productos, ¿alguien sabe porque o que tengo que hacer?

Buenas tardes, mirando el tema multitienda me asalta una duda y no quiero tener problemas a posteriori. Se trata del tema grupos y tiendas. Imaginemos que tengo una tienda A, donde vendo productos digitales y quiero añadir una tienda B para vender productos físicos (lo que se venda es lo de menos y es un caso hipotético e irrelevante). Quisiera averiguar qué diferencia habría entre crear dos grupos de tiendas, por ejemplo: Grupo Uno |-------- Tienda A Grupo Dos |-------- Tienda B Y tener dos tiendas dentro del mismo grupo, por ejemplo: Grupo Uno |-------- Tienda A |-------- Tienda B A nivel de posibilidades, diferencias en cruce de datos, base de datos, etcétera Gracias de antemano

Buenas, queria saber si es posible en prestashop tener un filtro en la barra de navegación, por ejemplo con un filtro por talla, y que se aplique a toda mi navegación por la web, es decir a la hora de mostrarme productos siempre se tenga en cuenta ese filtro "global". Hola, tengo un problema bastante grave en mi tienda online vidasananutricion.com, al navegar por la web, si tiro hacia atrás con el navegador, no recarga la página, la URL si corresponde con la página a la que quiero retroceder pero no recarga la página y se queda siempre en la misma. Si entro aqui: https://www.vidasananutricion.com/13-proteinas?page=1 , voy a la página 2, y le doy a retroceder del navegador, la URL vuelve a poner page=1 pero no recarga y sigue mostrando la página 2. Ocurre en toda la tienda y no se a que es debido. Gracias

Cuando configuro las tiendas de esta plantilla me da error y ni me sale la imagen de fachada ni me linkea a las coordenadas que muestro! Además algunas traducciones no me las hace! Gracias de antemano por cualquier ayuda!

Hola, necesito cambiar todo mi stock de forma global a por ejemplo 20 de stock pero de forma fija (que no se cambien si es posible) en todos los artículos, no se como hacerlo y he leído un ticket que ponía que modificando el stockavailable.php se podía hacer, puso que modificando estos códigos (no se si es modificar o agregar o que es lo que hay que hacer): update ps_stock_available = 20;update ps_product set quantity = 20;update ps_product_attribute set quantit y= 20; Y yo lo he intentado pero no hay manera, no se si sera por el prestashop que tengo que activar o desactivar alguna cosa, por favor ayúdenme que lo llevo intentando mucho tiempo y no hay manera, muchas gracias y perdón por las molestias.

Muy buenas! Alguien podría indicarme como añadir un nuevo campo al producto, para añadir el campo: "precio aconsejable". El producto tiene dos precios, uno el de venta al comercio y otro de venta al público.

Espero se encuentren bien el dia de hoy, se que estoy tocando un tema repetido, pero eh leído información y no me queda del todo claro como debe hacerse un respaldo total de una tienda de prestashop. Se que en el backoffice esta la opción de: parámetros avanzados/respaldar BD, esa copia ya la eh hecho, pero no se como restaurarla ademas de que eh leido que no es suficiente para hacer una restauración total de mi tienda, uso 1&1 por si esta información es necesaria. En resumen, ¿alguien puede explicarme todos los pasos a seguir para hacer un respaldo y restauración total de mi tienda? Pienso en hacer un subdominio o comprar otro para restaurar mis backups y ver que todo esta en orden... Gracias, espero sus respuestas.

Tengo un inconveniente en el manejo de vendedores, tengo un sitio web al cual deseo asignarle varios vendedores, cada vendedor representará una tienda y estará en condición de subir sus propios productos (el sitio web funcionará como un mercado), el problema es que los vendedores pueden ver y eliminar los productos de los demás vendedores. Deseo que cada vendedor tenga acceso solamente a las cosas que este subió, es decir, que pueda ver y eliminar sus propios productos. He leído y probado la multitienda pero el problema es que separa todo, yo deseo tener todo esto en una misma tienda y no con diferentes urls. Espero sus respuestas, gracias de antemano.

Hola a tod@s! Este es mi primer post y os pongo aquí un tema que me trae de cabeza: mis clientes tiene problemas con el pago con tarjeta en mi tienda. Sobretodo tienen problema cuando intentan efectuar el pago a través de sus dispositivos móviles y también desde la tablet. Más de la mitad del acceso de mis clientes es a través de móviles. Con lo cual el tema es bastante complicado. Os doy un datos más por si puede ser de ayuda: El sistema de pago es a través de Stripe. La plantilla instalada es la Plantilla Carme. La tienda lleva ya dos años abierta, con lo cual esto no acontece con todos los pagos. Gracias!

Hemos re-instalado el soporte Prestashop hace poco porque no conseguiamos montar la tienda y parece que era un problema debido a EXPLORED. Se supo demasiado tarde y nuestro instalador del dominio ha re-insatalado la tienda y ahora tenemos problemas porque no conecta con los modulos cuando antes lo hacia. Necesitamos ayuda tecnica para terminar de instalar este soporte de una vez. Hace ya mas de dos meses que estamos con problemas. Pueden ponerse en contacto y ayudarnos a terminar de solucionar esto y ponernos a trabajar en la tienda ya??? Gracias.

Hola a todos! He instalado la version 1.7 de Prestashop y cada vez que comparto la pagina aparece en FB tienda creada con prestashop. He realizado las recomendaciones que hay para Prestashop 1.6, pero en 1.7 parece no funcionar. Necesito ayuda. Gracias.

Hola Acaba de instalar un nueva tienda en el servidor , version prestashop_1.7.2.4 Trate deponerla en modo de mantenimiento y seleccioné que no se mostrara, le agregue la IP por medio del boton de Add my IP y guardo los cambio pero la tiene sigue estando activa, le quilo la IP y ahora si me sale la tienda en modo mantenimiento... entonces no se como solucionar el problema... porque si le quito la IP como ingreso luego a la tienda ?
