Sorry for my english, the customer is pressing. Thank you. Gentlemen, I need it is still much simpler. My store has as main currency or US $, and it is the same, can not change, but I would like it independent of anything and not enter the frontend that the user can see in R $ .... an idea is fixed even R $ for any and all situations. I found some methods here in the forum itself, mostly editing the TOOLS.PHP ... test file but it didn't give the correct result. My version is 1.6.1.23 Can anyone tell me how to do? thank you.

hi, i have a issue with product duplicating , as ecommerce store we have large amount of products to list on site, so we wants that the system prevent the saving of any new product entry that already had the exact same name or reference no./ SKU added before. also prestashop let us to create duplicate categories, attributes and features also. its so tedious to search and confirm every time before entering new data. in tally if we try to add product with same reference no. it promptly alert us for repeated id, and cant allow us for reentry the same number again. as this problem is not affect on us only , many more peoples facing this kind of issue. please guide or solve this issue. issue reference links. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/46497861/how-can-i-prevent-saving-products-duplicated-by-name-in-prestashop

Hi everyone, Can anyone please tell me how to stop the "in_transit" mail from being sent to customers ? We are using a module which generates a "tracking number" mail automatically when we tip in the tracking number at the order screen. So we don't want both mail to be sent. Can I simply just delete the "in_transit" mail from the Folder on the server? or will this cause errors? Looking forward to hear from you guys.

Hello all, I need help URGENT, my PrestaShop store www.emeratech.com stopped working. HELP!!!

Hi - I've seen this addressed in a couple of other posts and still don't quite understand how to stop Prestashop back office from sending every single customer an "out of stock" email. This does NOT encourage new customers!!! We've gone through the options and have unchecked various things, a run-through of the options we should be looking at in v 1.4 would be helpful. The person who set this up for us made changes at code level and has never shown us how to follow what they did; we're afraid to even update store software. If you suggest making changes in code, please outline the steps required to get into the appropriate files! I'm guessing I can access php files through our ftp client, but again, I have never had anyone teach me how this process works. And oh yeah, I'm mightily afraid of "breaking" the site. A reminder on how to comment changes would be much appreciated too.
