Recently I migrated to a new server and updated prestashop versions from 1.6.1.6 to 1.6.1.24, and I noticed that now my customer sources and url origins are no longer displaying on the order detail page. My connections & connections_source table in my database appears to be appropriately propagated with up to date data and information, so I'm unsure why it's not funneling thru for display on the order detail page. I have checked the past topics on the subject and was unable to find a clear solution. Any help would be appreciated. -

Hi all, I wonder how does connections and connections sources works? Where the data saving is triggered? I need these informations (both referer and request_uri) because I need to know if an order was made after the customer as arrived to the ecommerce through Adwords adv. Sometime happens that Adwords (or Analytics) records an order (through a javascript placed in order-confirmation page), but there're no connection sources in prestashop linked to that order nor the customer that made the order. I have made some test orders but, obviously, everything works as expected and everything was tracked. Thanks, Davide P.S. If you have any other tips on how to record the referer and request_uri for that purpose let me know

Hello all. I bought a template from a site I won't name for now. The template is uploaded to my prestashop via ftp and seems to work ok. The thing is when I unzipped my template zip file there was a pw proteced zip file in there with the sources..... In that sources folder are 2 other folders... clipart_library and psd plus a dump.sql file. There is no info on what to do with that and I tryied getting the info from those who sold it to me but never had an answer yet. Turning to you for some help. OH also.. in back office.. under preference there is a place to put the Maintenace address IP to be able to have your front office even if your shop is closed.. I placed the IP address I was given to access my ftp but it doesn't seem to work ... is there anything else I need to add to the ip ex. 111.111.111.111/home
