Hello , I just created a prestashop 1.7 site around 4 to 5 month ago, I feel very great using this. Very easy to use and manage. But after time I feel like my home page creating Some Issues, My Home Page is loading very slow, but rest of the pages are working fine. Home Page:- https://themegamart.in/ Category Page:- https://themegamart.in/10-womens-kurti and sometimes other pages are getting slow. Can anyone please help me about this issue. and i also wanted to remove pre-loader from my home page. Looking forward for your Help, Thanks in advanced

Bonjour, J'écris sur ce forum car malgré toutes mes recherches je n'ai toujours pas résolu mon problème. J'ai mis en ligne un site avec Prestashop 1.7.5.1 (PHP 7.2) et j'ai constaté que le site était lent et mettait plusieurs secondes à s'afficher . Le site est installé sur un serveur dédié et c'est le seul site installé dessus, un peu rageant donc qu'il soit aussi long... C'est surtout le front-office qui est très long. J'ai désactivé les modules d'expertise prestashop, les modules de statistiques et les modules non utilisés. Les paramètres PHP : upload_max_filesize = 800M post_max_size = 800M max_execution_time = 200 max_input_time = 200 max_input_vars = 20000 memory_limit = 4096M Les résultats avec le profiling : Load Time5680 ms - You'd better run your shop on a toaster Querying Time 153 ms Queries 1213 Memory Peak Usage 30.6 Mb Included Files 699 files - 9.51 Mb PrestaShop Cache 0.01 Mb Global vars 1.29 Mb initContent 5483 ms 5586 ms 18.14 Mb 24.15 Mb initFooter 0 ms 5586 ms- Mb 24.15 Mb display 94 ms 5680 ms 7.15 Mb 30.56 Mb Le thème utilisé est un thème acheté et nous avons installé quelques modules achetés sur addons. Salve, Premetto che utilizzo un plugin (BigBuy Module) che esegue dei CronJobs ed inserisce i prodotti da un server esterno. Durante il caricamento della pagina, i prodotti vengono caricati ma alcune immagini vanno in errore 404 e visto che sono server requests, fanno rallentare il sito. Le requests arrivano a durare anche 1.6 minuti come si vede nello screen. Come posso impedire o fermare una request che va in 404? Grazie mille. Allego questo screen della console:

Hello, I hope this would be the right section. I'm currently using a plugin (BigBuy Module) that runs CronJobs and automatically create products from an external server. During the loading of the page, some products are loaded but some images go into 404 error and since they are server requests, they make the website slow. These requests can last even 1.6 minutes as shown on my screenshot. How can I prevent or stop a request that goes into 404? Thanks so much. I am attaching this console screen:

Hi, I've recently launched my website but I've come to realise that my server's RAM is exploding ( it never goes bellow 1.6Gb.) and the website is very slow.. I'm not sure why this is happening, it happens even at 2am, when no one is online! What could be the cause of this? Some info: Prestashop 1.6.1.6 Compile files only if they're changed Cache: yes Type of cache: files Clear cache: never CCC -> no Depth of cache: 1 *** Num of products: 6494 Num active products : 4400 Num online ppl last 30 mins : always around 30 thanks in advance for your help! Hi guys, I have a website on prestashop, www.pashmeen.com. Due to payment gateway issues it is going live now, after 1 year. It was running fine, until now, when we finally went live, & i feel that it has slowed down ever since i installed CCAvenue's module for India(but that is just my doubt). After googling a little i found that enabling debug could help me understand the delay in load time better, but i seem to have no clue. I have attached the image below, if anyone could guide as to where should i look into then it would be great.

Hello everyone! I got a problem since the last few days: my store is often shown as "down" on my pingdom stats as the response time went from 2sec to 10-infiinite quite often now. I can't figure out what went wrong, but using the waterfall in the pingdom tools (http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/) to see which file/part could make it slow, I have seen a new line which was not there before: http://website.com/ http://www.website.com/ http://www.website.com/en/ http://www.website.com/en/?redirected http://www.website.com/en/ I have search around, but I have found nothing at all related to a "/?redirected" with prestashop Has anyone ever seen it? Any clue what could cause it or where it comes from? The store always seems to lag because of it... Thank you very much for any cue!! -
We have launched our site www.sureseller.in selling electronic accessories a couple of months back. Right from the launch, we were facing issues of the site loading very very slow. Initially we thought that it was because of the hosting provider (go daddy.com) and also because the hosting was done at a server in the US. So, we changed our hosting provider to hostgator.in (which has its server here, in India). But with not much results, the loading time is very much the same... We have tried almost every rule in the book, with not much results. We upgraded the prestashop version to 1.5.6 (which is the last release as of now), but again with very less results. Somebody please help....we are on the verge of discontinuing with prestashop if this situation continues, (which is supposed to be a very good ecommerce platform), as the loading times of our site are putting us to a lot of embarrassment and shame in front of our customers ! I've tried so many hours to increase my website's speed but my head is against the wall right now. I dispersedly need your help This is what I did: I've increased memory speed to 128M and in the back office I choose these options Force compile: NO Cache:Yes Smart cache for CSS: Use CCC for CSS. Smart cache for JavaScrip:Use CCC for JavaScript. Minify HTML: Keep HTML as original Compress inline JavaScript in: Compress inline JavaScript in HTML after "smarty compile" execution High risk HTML compression: HTML is compressed but cancels the W3C validation (only when "Minify HTML" is enabled) Use cache: enable Caching system: file system Directory depth: 1 I've generate new .htaccess file! as well Also, there is a warning : "To use Memcached, you must install the Memcache PECL extension on your server.http://www.php.net/manual/en/memcache.installation.php", and I have no freaking Idea how to install this extension? Is there in command that I have to add to my PHP.ini ? I contact my host provider and they told me I have to contact prestashop, unfortunately nobody from prestashop get back to me in this regard.. my prestashop ver is PrestaShop™ 1.4.8.2 and i didn't upgrade because of my theme, I'm not sure if it's compatible with new version or not. www.21avenue.com/ PHP 5.3, Host netfirms.com Please rescue this newbie thank you so much

Last night I was exploring ways to improve the speed of my website and one of the options recommended was to move images to the new document storage system by Prestashop, under preferences, images. after approx. 30 seconds I received an internal server error so I left to see if anything happened but there seemed to be no change. Today when playing on the site all my product images now show as error with no file attached, I have tried uploading a new picture to an item and it works. Is there any way I can fix this without having to go through each item and uploading a new picture. And once fixed can anyone provide any advice on using this document storage system? thanks lots this is my first major IT crisis and I am in a panic. Website - www.hoursoffun.co.uk rachel
